Small Room Coaching

Personal coaching in a room of no more than six.

Small Room Coaching is an ongoing coaching experience for people who want the depth and continuity of personal coaching without needing a fully private format.

There is no curriculum to keep up with and no homework. All coaching is done by me personally, and our time together is spent working with what is actually happening in your life: the decisions, patterns, transitions, relationships, questions, and problems that need your attention now.

With no more than six members in the room, you can expect to receive personal coaching regularly, at least once every two sessions you attend. When another member is being coached, you listen, reflect, and learn from work that will often illuminate something in your own life as well.

Over time, the value goes beyond resolving whatever is most pressing that week. The questions, distinctions, and ways of thinking we use in coaching gradually become more available to you in your own life. You begin to recognize patterns earlier, question automatic interpretations, make clearer decisions, and respond more deliberately instead of falling automatically into familiar reactions.

How Small Room Coaching Works

We meet once a week for a live coaching session.

There is no predetermined sequence of topics. You can bring a decision you are trying to make, a pattern you have noticed, a relationship or work situation you are struggling with, a transition you are navigating, or something you simply cannot yet make sense of on your own.

Because the room is small, I am able to know you and the larger context of your life and work over time. We do not have to start from the beginning every time something new comes up. I can notice recurring themes, connect present situations to earlier ones, and build on what we have already uncovered together.

Listening while other members are being coached is also part of the experience. You hear questions you may not have thought to ask yourself, recognize patterns from a different angle, and observe a more deliberate way of thinking through real situations as they unfold.

A Weekly Recalibration

One of the benefits of regular coaching is the rhythm itself.

Week after week, you return to a space where assumptions are questioned, perspective is widened, reactions are examined, and decisions are considered more deliberately.

That repeated exposure matters. Gradually, coaching becomes more than something that happens during a session. It begins to influence how you interpret what is happening, what you notice, the questions you ask yourself, and how quickly you recognize when an old pattern is taking over.

The aim is not simply to help you solve one problem after another. It is to develop a different way of seeing, evaluating, and responding to your life.

Each Room Has a Focus

Each Small Room Coaching room is organized around a broad area of work.

The focus gives the room a shared direction without restricting what you can bring to coaching. Your life does not divide neatly into categories, and neither does the work.

A room focused on reinvention, for example, might naturally include career, identity, relationships, confidence, decision-making, or the difficulty of letting go of an old version of yourself. A room focused on inner security might touch boundaries, attachment, self-trust, uncertainty, conflict, or emotional patterns.

The theme gives us a common starting point. The coaching remains responsive to you and to what is actually happening in your life.

When You Need Privacy

Not everything belongs in the room.

During each four-session block, you also have 15 minutes of private coaching with me for anything you would prefer not to discuss in the group setting.

If you need more private time, you can book additional paid private coaching sessions with me as needed.

That means missing the live session does not necessarily mean missing your weekly recalibration. You can still listen while other members are being coached and stay connected to the work that week.

Start With a Consultation

Before joining Small Room Coaching, we will meet for a 30-minute consultation.

This gives us a chance to talk about what you are looking for, what you would like to work on in coaching, and which room may be the best fit for you.

If we both decide that Small Room Coaching is a good fit, I will guide you through the next step.
