Focused Programs
Structured 12-week programs for changing a specific pattern in how you live, lead, and relate.
These are guided programs with a live component, not simply collections of self-paced course material. Recordings will be available so participants can revisit the teaching and remain engaged when they cannot attend live.
Enrollment is not currently open. You can join the interest list for any program you would like to be notified about. Interest will help determine which program is offered next.
Beyond Anxious Attachment
Moving beyond anxious patterns in how you live, lead, and relate.
Anxious attachment can shape far more than romantic relationships. It can appear in how you respond to uncertainty, interpret other people’s reactions, navigate work and authority, make decisions, and remain connected to yourself when something important feels at risk.
This program is for people ready to understand and change patterns such as hypervigilance, overthinking, reassurance-seeking, overfunctioning, and abandoning their own needs in pursuit of security or connection.

Beyond Avoidant Attachment
Moving beyond avoidant patterns in how you live, lead, and relate.
Avoidant attachment can shape how you experience closeness, dependence, emotional needs, conflict, responsibility, and support—not only in romantic relationships, but also in family, friendship, work, and leadership.
This program is for people ready to understand and change patterns such as emotional distancing, compulsive self-reliance, minimizing needs, withdrawing under pressure, and protecting autonomy at the expense of connection.

From Competence to Authority
Developing the self-trust and inner authority to lead through visibility, uncertainty, and pressure.
For professionals whose competence has helped them succeed, but who are discovering that competence alone does not prepare them for leadership.
Some find themselves unable to move into leadership because the qualities and strategies that made them highly capable professionals—doing more, knowing more, carrying more, and maintaining control—do not translate easily into leading others.
Others have already moved into leadership but find that it activates self-doubt, over-responsibility, perfectionism, difficulty delegating, or an unsustainable level of stress. They may be performing leadership rather than developing a way of leading that feels grounded, effective, and genuinely their own.
This program supports professionals in moving beyond proving, performing, and borrowed models of leadership while developing the self-trust and inner authority that leadership requires.
